Sherco Construction – Promotional Offer Disclaimer

From time to time, Sherco Construction offers incentives for buying such as additional upgrades or extra room finishes.  Any dollar value attached to such offers is restricted solely to the specific offer and cannot be applied to a reduction in home price or applied to third party costs or fees.  These non-qualified fees may include but are not limited to items such as closing costs, funding fees, lender fees, title fees, real estate fees or commissions, etc.

The offered incentive and the dollar value attached may be restricted to contracts signed within a specified period, stated by the specific offer.  No cash value will be applied after the stated promotional time period.  Furthermore, the cash value of the promotional offer may only be applied to the newly constructed home with Sherco Construction and cannot be applied to any other property or project.

No promotional offers may be combined with other promotional offers.  If more than one promotional offer applies to a given situation, the consumer may choose which offer is more beneficial to their needs but may not combine offers under any circumstance.

Special Parade of Homes Promotions

Parade of Homes promotions with Sherco apply to Purchase Agreements that have been signed within 30 days of the end of the Parade of Homes for that season and year.

Dollar/cash value may be applied only after the contracted purchase price of the home has been established through the planning and negotiation phase of the home building process with Sherco Construction.

Dollar/cash values of promotional offers may not be applied in any other manner than what is specified in the offered promotion.
