I was interested in keeping certain fixtures and units of the bathroom I was inquiring about the remodel for but was positive that any contractor would immediately try to discourage this. Joe was willing to work this requirement and it was at that moment I knew I was in good hands! I never felt I was being taken advantage of due to my gender and unfamiliarity with the construction process.

The quality of the work has been tremendous, and I love the new bath.

The praise belongs to everyone from Joe, to the mechanical/plumbing company, the painters and flooring professionals and cleaner. It “takes a village” but the teamwork was apparent, and the work moved seamlessly.

Although we are not ready for a new custom home, we did have Sherco take care of our home when it was damaged due to a hail & wind storm. They worked with our insurance company and replaced the roofs and the front siding on both our home and detached garage. They were very attentive and got the job done in a timely manner, and again the quality truly shows; what a difference a new roof can make!

When were ready for our remodeling plans, we know who we will call!
